About Me

Hello and Welcome!
My name is Carlotta, a midwife and a registered holistic practitioner and I am just about to start my wee holistic business dedicated to all women.
Because of our busy daily life routine, it looks like we have forgotten that our body is made of energy. This should be the primary aspect to be considered. By working on the body’s energies we can regain/maintain our physical and mental health.
Mainly based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy whilst most of my treatments are specific for pregnant women, new mums and newborns and menopause. Some of them are also important and useful for the general population whether you are a man or a woman, a teenager or an adult.
Rather than me giving you the solution to your issue, we will work on it together.
As mentioned above the modern lifestyle does not allow us time to look after our body the way we should. We are too busy responding to our society’s demands and expectations.
I believe it is everybody’s right to be able to have the opportunity to get back in touch with their own body, to listen to it and to respond to its needs in order to stay healthy. For this reason I would like to make it affordable both in terms of time and money.
